Who we are

Sparkling Apartments is a team dedicated to complete care for short-term rental apartments. We work with permanent, proven crews and have years of experience looking after apartments in Poland and abroad.

Why Sparkling Apartments exists

An owner of a short-term rental usually arranges cleaning, a handyman and shopping separately. Each area needs attention, contact and control. Sparkling Apartments was created to bring them together under one standard of care with a single point of contact.

How we understand standard

A good apartment is not only about cleanliness. It is also about working equipment and the certainty that a guest will find everything they need. We agree the standard with the owner and then make sure it is kept at every preparation.

How we differ from a cleaning company

Cleaning is one part of our work, but it does not define the brand. Housekeeping, Sparkling Maintenance and Sparkling Supply work together, overseen by a dedicated coordinator supported by our app and reporting.
