What data we process
Data provided in the contact form (full name, phone, e-mail, number of apartments, location, message) and data provided in e-mail correspondence and phone calls.
Purpose and legal basis
Replying to your enquiry and preparing a cooperation offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, once we work together, performing the contract. Data from the form is not used for marketing without separate consent.
Recipients of data
The hosting provider of the website and form (Cloudflare), the e-mail delivery provider (Resend) and the e-mail provider of Sparkling Apartments.
Retention period
We retain the data until your enquiry has been answered and cooperation talks have ended. If a contract is concluded, any further retention period follows from obligations connected with performing the contract and applicable law.
Your rights
The right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish data protection authority (UODO). Please send requests to the e-mail address above.
